Our community stays powerful and effective when our workforce remains healthy. Unfortunately, research suggests that levels of work-related stress and burnout are increasing. Some of our most crucial professionals -- those that respond to us when we are in trouble, those that teach our children, and those that take care of us when we are sick -- have some of the highest rates of stress and burnout. In response to this, Dr. Aron Steward created a model of professional self-care and set of trainings to explain the critical relationship between stress and burnout. Incorporated within the trainings are solutions for stress reduction, self-care strategies, and coping mechanisms to prevent burnout.

ReallyBeU specializes in training our workforce with the most stressful jobs: emergency responders, police officers, healthcare providers and teachers.
